XM Metal processes the information you provide in contact and RFQ forms to review and respond to that enquiry.

Data recorded

Contact, company, country, requirement details, page and campaign context, attachments and follow-up history may be stored. For abuse controls, network address data is retained only as a hashed value.

Files and access

Files are kept in private storage and administrative access is role-controlled. Submission does not make a file or its content public.
